How It Works
Our device is pre-programmed and requires a simple Ethernet handoff from your current network. Our phones are directly connected to the network ports located on the device. The voice route creates a direct secure VPN connection directly to our network. This VPN tunnel allows a direct SIP connection to our voice services. With a direct connection created, One Ring Networks is able to provide direct support and fast recovery in the event of a phone hardware issue.
